In a recent development, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has reportedly rented out his luxurious, sea-facing apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, to his girlfriend, actress and musician Saba Azad. The property, located in the prestigious Mannat Apartments on Juhu-Versova Link Road, is said to be leased for ₹75,000 per month.

Roshan owns three entire floors in the Mannat Apartments, which he acquired in October 2020 for a staggering ₹97.5 crore. The property spans 12,000 sq ft and includes the 18th floor and a duplex on the 19th and 20th floors. The agreement between Roshan and Azad was finalized on August 4, 2025, with a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh paid.

While the reported rent of ₹75,000 seems significantly lower than the prevailing market rates for similar properties in the Juhu area, real estate experts suggest that such arrangements are not uncommon among celebrities when renting to close friends or family. Local brokers estimate that a typical 3-BHK apartment in the Juhu-Versova Link Road area, measuring around 1,000–1,300 sq ft, can command rents between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh per month. The lease, in this case, mainly exists for documentation purposes.

Hrithik Roshan's Juhu home is known for its stunning panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. In fact, he owns a "sky villa" sprawling across 38,000 square feet, created by merging two apartments in Mannat Apartments. This lavish residence features a private 6,500 sq ft terrace and ten dedicated parking spaces. The interior design is inspired by the sea, incorporating themes of travel and family. Roshan has reportedly imported large furniture pieces from Dubai and adorned the space with carefully selected artifacts and artworks.

Roshan's real estate investments extend beyond Juhu. Earlier this year, he and his family sold three apartments in Andheri for ₹6.75 crore. He also owns commercial properties in Mumbai and Pune, including office spaces in Goregaon and Kharadi. Furthermore, he possesses a luxurious ₹33 crore farmhouse in Lonavala, featuring four bedrooms, a gym, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and an organic farming zone.

The relationship between Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad has been a topic of much discussion since they were first seen together in early 2022. The couple has been open about their bond, frequently appearing at dinner dates and public events.

Neither Hrithik Roshan nor Saba Azad have officially commented on the reported rental agreement. However, the news has generated considerable interest, highlighting the public's fascination with celebrity homes and their unique real estate dealings.

Prior to purchasing the apartments in Mannat, Roshan resided in a rented mansion in Juhu with sea-facing views, for which he paid an estimated rent of ₹8.25 lakh per month. He also previously owned a beachside bungalow in Juhu called Paras.
