Priyanka Chopra's recent trip to Goa is setting major travel goals, showcasing a perfect blend of relaxation, cultural immersion, and culinary delights. The global icon, currently in India for professional commitments, took a rejuvenating break to one of her "most favourite cities in the world".
Fresh from attending the grand GlobeTrotter event in Hyderabad, where the title of her upcoming film Varanasi was unveiled, Chopra escaped to Goa for a few "healing days" with close friends. She shared glimpses of her serene retreat on Instagram, offering fans a peek into her Goan holiday. The actress expressed her love for Goa, highlighting its exceptional hospitality, people, food, and the kindness embedded in its culture. She emphasized that Goa "can be whatever you need her to be".
Chopra's itinerary included relaxing at a luxurious property with friends Tamanna Dutt and Sudeep Dutt. She revisited Pousada by the Beach, a popular Goan restaurant she had previously visited seven years ago. The restaurant also shared a video of her visit on their Instagram handle. The actress enjoyed some of Goa's signature treats like coconut pancake, serradurra, and bebinca.
One of the photos shared by Chopra captures her indulging in a lively game of carrom, where she humorously admitted to losing multiple times. Another picture shows her soaking in the calm beauty of the beach, collecting seashells. She also shared a glimpse of the private beach attached to Palacio Aguada, where she spent ample time. Dressed in an all-white comfortable outfit, Chopra was seen enjoying nature, including feeding fish at a lake nearby.
Chopra expressed her gratitude to Pinky Reddy and GV Sanjay Reddy for hosting her at their stunning home, Palacio Aguada. She also revealed that she stayed at Pousada By The Beach, Taj Holiday Village Resort and The Second House.
This visit marks Chopra's return to Goa after seven years. In 2018, she visited the same restaurant with her husband Nick Jonas, Parineeti Chopra, and other family members.
Prior to her Goan getaway, Chopra was in Hyderabad for the Varanasi event alongside South Indian superstars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, and director SS Rajamouli. She called it a privilege to collaborate with such celebrated artists and found promoting the film nearly a year ahead of its release "incredibly exhilarating".
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra has a busy schedule. She will return as Nadia Sinh in Citadel Season 2 and star in The Bluff alongside Karl Urban. She was recently seen in the action thriller Heads of State with Idris Elba and John Cena. Chopra is also set to make her Telugu film debut alongside Mahesh Babu in Varanasi. The film is slated to release in theaters for Sankranthi 2027.
