The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially declared the Class 11 results for the 2025 academic year on May 24, 2025, at 10 PM. Students who appeared for the JKBOSE Class 11 exams can now access their results on the official websites, jkresults.nic.in and jkbose.nic.in.
This announcement brings an end to the anxious wait for thousands of students and their families. The exams, crucial for students transitioning to higher secondary education, were conducted across various centers in Jammu and Kashmir, adhering to the board's schedule for both soft and hard zones. The soft zones exams were held from February 18 to March 18, 2025, while the exams for hard zones took place from February 22 to March 22, 2025.
According to data shared by JKBOSE Secretary G H Sheikh, a total of 1,20,673 students appeared for the Class 11 examinations in the academic year 2024-25, held across approximately 1,134 centers. Greater Kashmir reported that 91,332 students successfully passed the examination. The pass percentage among boys stood at 72%, while girls achieved a higher pass percentage of 78%.
To check their JKBOSE Class 11 Result 2025, students can visit either jkresults.nic.in or jkbose.nic.in and click on the designated result link. They will need to enter their Roll Number and Registration Number, as provided on their admit cards, to view their results. The online mark sheet is provisional; the original mark sheets will be distributed by the respective schools later.
For students facing difficulties in accessing the internet, JKBOSE also provides an SMS service to check results offline. By typing "JKBOSE11(Roll Number)" and sending it to 5676750, students can receive their results directly on their mobile phones.
Students who are not satisfied with their results also have the option to apply for revaluation. The revaluation results are expected to be released in August 2025. To be eligible, students must have secured at least 20% marks in the subject they wish to have re-evaluated.
The declaration of the JKBOSE Class 11 results marks a significant milestone for students in Jammu and Kashmir, paving the way for their continued academic journey.
