Punjab and Sind Bank has announced the commencement of the recruitment process for MSME Relationship Managers for 2025. The online application process has started on May 29, 2025, and will continue until June 18, 2025. The bank aims to fill 30 vacancies through this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply through the official website, recruitmentpsb.co.in, before the deadline.

The recruitment is open to candidates who are graduates, with preference given to those holding an MBA in Marketing or Finance. A minimum of three years of experience in MSME banking is also a requirement. As of May 1, 2025, the age limit for applicants is set between 25 and 33 years. Specifically, candidates should have been born not earlier than May 2, 1992, and not later than May 1, 2000. Age relaxations might be applicable as per government rules.

The selection process will involve a written test and/or an interview. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's suitability for the role. The application fee is ₹850 + GST + payment gateway charges for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the fee is ₹100 + GST + payment gateway charges. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during the application process.

Candidates can apply online through the official IBPS portal or the bank's recruitment page. It is advisable to apply well before the last date to avoid any technical issues. The online application link is now active, and candidates can modify their applications until June 18, 2025. The printout of the application can be taken until July 3, 2025.
