As BTS's Jungkook nears his official discharge from military service on June 11, 2025, his devoted fanbase, ARMY, is pulling out all the stops to celebrate his return. Among the numerous projects planned, a flashy bus project in Seoul is gaining significant attention, showcasing the immense love and anticipation for the "Golden Maknae."

The Korean fan club "Jungkook Supporters" has organized a large-scale campaign, displaying Jungkook advertisements on two city bus routes that traverse throughout Seoul for a month, starting June 5 and lasting until July 4. These buses, specifically routes 100 and 400, are not just any ordinary buses; they are SSA and A-class buses, ensuring maximum visibility as they navigate the city, including the Yongsan district. The buses are wrapped with congratulatory messages and visuals celebrating both his discharge and the 12th anniversary of his debut with BTS.

In addition to the bus project, Jungkook's fans have planned a multitude of events to commemorate his return. Banners have been installed near his military unit in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, filled with heartfelt phrases expressing their affection. Taxi wraps featuring Jungkook's image have also been running in Yeoncheon since April, and streetlight banner advertisements were installed throughout Yeoncheon and Jeongok from June 5 to 11.

Chinese fans are also joining in the celebration, operating a "Jungkook Bus" near HYBE's new building from June 11 to 15. This bus, completely covered in Jungkook's photos, will serve as a moving electronic billboard, further amplifying the celebratory atmosphere. Giant billboard advertisements will also appear in COEX Mall and Parnas Mall in Samseong-dong, Seoul, from June 9 to 15, with Jungkook's face adorning the 100-meter-long space.

Adding to the festivities, a food truck event will be held at the main entrance of the new HYBE building for three days on June 11, 13, and 14. Furthermore, a free coffee and ice cream event, playfully dubbed "Jungkook is Treating You!", was held for soldiers and civilians at select locations in Yeoncheon from June 5 to 8.

These projects reflect the deep connection between Jungkook and his fans, who have been eagerly awaiting his return. The bus project, in particular, symbolizes the journey he has taken from trainee to international superstar. The digital billboards and advertisements serve as a tribute to his voice, presence, and character, which have left an indelible mark on the world.

The scale and creativity of these projects demonstrate the unwavering support and love that Jungkook receives from his global fanbase. As his discharge day approaches, the excitement continues to build, with fans expressing their gratitude and anticipation for his future endeavors.
