The movie's Day 9 earnings mark a significant increase compared to the ₹6.65 crore it earned on the previous day, demonstrating a near 100% jump in collections. This surge in revenue propelled the film's total domestic box office collection to ₹108.30 crore.
The film has shown impressive growth in ticket sales, with a 102% increase recorded by 2 PM on its second Saturday compared to the previous day. "Sitaare Zameen Par" has maintained a strong occupancy rate, registering 36.57% Hindi occupancy on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Throughout the day, the film consistently sold approximately 12,000 tickets per hour, with peak hours performing even better than the previous week.
Directed by RS Prasanna, "Sitaare Zameen Par" has been praised for its emotional and heartwarming storyline. The film features Aamir Khan as a basketball coach who trains a team of players with special needs.
