Castrol India Limited has recently broadened its auto care product line with the launch of three new products. The new additions include a Throttle Body Cleaner, a Fuel Injector and Carburettor Cleaner, and a Brake Cleaner. These products are designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of vehicle maintenance at professional workshops across the country.

The newly launched products are designed to assist mechanics and service technicians in cleaning critical vehicle components more efficiently. These solutions complement Castrol's existing range of maintenance products, ensuring smoother performance, improved fuel efficiency, and enhanced braking responsiveness, while also minimizing vehicle downtime during servicing.

According to Mr. Rohit Talwar, Vice President-Marketing at Castrol India Limited, these new additions to the auto care range are professional-grade solutions crafted to meet the demands of vehicles operating in today's challenging driving and road conditions. He emphasized that Castrol is committed to evolving its offerings to meet the needs of proactive automotive owners and service professionals by providing high-quality, easy-to-use maintenance solutions.

The new brake cleaner is a low-VOC, non-chlorinated, fast-acting solution designed to safely eliminate dirt and carbon deposits from brake pads and discs, thereby improving braking performance for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. The throttle body cleaner is a fast-drying solution that effectively removes carbon residue, which helps to restore smooth idling, improve fuel efficiency, and enhance throttle response. Castrol asserts that it is safe to use on sensitive components found in electronic throttle control systems. The fuel injector and carburetor cleaner is designed for use in both two- and four-wheelers with fuel injectors or carburetors. Its solvent-based formula dissolves stubborn carbon deposits, improving combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.

Castrol India's expansion of its auto care portfolio is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the vehicle maintenance sector. The company aims to offer a comprehensive suite of products, ranging from lubricants to cleaning and care solutions, to support service centers and workshop professionals nationwide. The new products adhere to strict safety and sustainability standards and are suitable for both two- and four-wheelers, engineered for compatibility with modern engine and brake systems.

Castrol India has a wide distribution network of over 150,000 retail outlets nationwide. Its product range includes well-known brands like Castrol CRB, Castrol GTX, Castrol Activ, Castrol MAGNATEC, Castrol EDGE, and Castrol POWER1. The newly launched auto care products will be available through Castrol-authorized workshops, retail outlets, and select e-commerce platforms.
