Winners must verify their ticket numbers against the results published in the official Kerala Government Gazette. Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. For prizes above ₹1 lakh, winners must present their tickets along with valid ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN) at the Directorate of State Lotteries either in person or through a nationalized or co-operative bank. If the prize money is less than ₹5,000, the winners can claim the money from any lottery shop in Kerala. If the amount won is above ₹5,000, the winners will have to surrender their tickets before a bank or government lottery office with ID proofs.
