Bharti Singh, the celebrated comedian and television personality, has inspired many with her remarkable weight loss journey. As she turns 41, it's a fitting time to explore how the "Comedy Queen" shed 15-20 kg and embraced a healthier lifestyle.

Bharti's weight loss journey wasn't just about shedding kilos; it was about improving her overall health and well-being. She had been struggling with weight-related issues, including asthma and the risk of diabetes. After losing weight, she feels healthier and more energetic. She happily stated that her diabetes and asthma are also under control.

Bharti's weight loss secret primarily involves intermittent fasting. She followed a 16:8 fasting schedule, eating between 12 pm and 7 pm and fasting for the remaining 16 hours. This method allowed her to enjoy her favorite foods while controlling her calorie intake. She made sure to eat all her meals, including her favorite desi dishes, but in moderation.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Bharti shared, "I don't follow any diet, I just fast for 15-16 hours and don't eat anything between 7 pm-12 pm. My body doesn't accept dinner any later than 7 pm now. But I attack food after 12 pm. Then I have my regular parathas, eggs, dal-sabzi, everything I have always liked". Despite the fasting schedule, Bharti made sure she didn't deprive herself of the foods she loves. She enjoyed parathas, eggs, and dal-sabzi, but always in controlled portions.

Bharti also made other healthy lifestyle changes. She focused on eating home-cooked meals, which allowed her to control the ingredients and portion sizes effectively. She avoided late-night snacking, which helped her curb midnight cravings. Even with a hectic shooting schedule, Bharti made sure to eat her meals within the window and avoided binge eating or excess snacking.

Bharti's typical day includes a hearty breakfast. In a recent interaction, she detailed her breakfast and diet, sharing that she ensures to have all three meals. "I have also done intermittent fasting to reduce my weight. But I eat properly at all three times. I am hungry as soon as I wake up. After going to the washroom, I skip bathing but sit down to eat. So, in half an hour after I wake up, I have paratha, raat ki sabzi, and half-fried egg. No milk or curd. I have black tea with ginger. And white butter".

Bharti's weight loss has had a significant impact on her life. She feels more confident and is happy that she can now wear crop tops. She said, “I am so much happier after losing weight. I find crop tops in my size now. I really enjoy that I get to wear nice clothes".

Bharti Singh's journey proves that weight loss can be achieved through simple lifestyle changes rather than extreme diets or rigorous workouts. Her dedication and consistency have led to a remarkable transformation, inspiring many to prioritize their health and well-being.
