The trailer for Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, starring Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor, has been released, marking a significant moment for the young actress. The film, directed by Santosh Singh and produced by Zee Studios and Mini Films, is scheduled to release on July 11, 2025.

The movie is adapted from Ruskin Bond's short story, The Eyes Have It. Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan explores the relationship between a visually impaired musician, played by Vikrant Massey, and a theater artist, played by Shanaya Kapoor, during a train journey. The film explores themes of perception, connection, and modern relationships. The filming took place in Mussoorie and Mumbai.

Shanaya Kapoor plays the role of Saba, a visually impaired girl who is full of love and hope. She prepared for the role by training for two months, practicing blindfolded and memorizing dialogues. Vikrant Massey praised her dedication and preparedness on set. This film marks Shanaya Kapoor's Bollywood debut after a previous project was shelved. She also has other projects in the pipeline, including Vrushabha and Tu Yaa Main.

Shanaya Kapoor began her career as an assistant director before transitioning to acting. She gained experience on film sets and honed her skills through workshops.
