Recent reports suggest that Kiku Sharda may be taking a break from "The Great Indian Kapil Show". This news follows a video that went viral showing a heated exchange between Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek on the sets of the show.

The video captured a tense moment between the two comedians during what appeared to be a rehearsal. In the clip, Kiku is heard questioning Krushna's seriousness, saying, "Timepass kar raha hu? (You are doing timepass?)". Krushna, seemingly upset, retorted, "To phir thik hai aap karlo. Aap karlo, bhai, koi problem nahi hai. Main jata hu yaha se (Alright then, you do it. You go ahead, brother, no problem. I'll leave from here)". Krushna even seemed to start walking off the stage.

Kiku then responded, "Baat yeh hai ke mujhe bulaya hai toh main apna khatam kar lona pehle (The thing is, since I've been called, let me finish my part first)". Krushna replied, "I love you and respect you, I don't want to raise my voice". Kiku had the last word in the video, stating, “Raise voice ka baat nahi hai, aap isko galat tarike se leke jaa rahe hai (It's not about raising the voice, you are taking it in a wrong way)". The video shows crew members attempting to mediate the situation.

The cause of the argument remains unclear, with some speculating about scheduling conflicts. The video has sparked various reactions online, with some viewers expressing concern, while others dismissed it as a publicity stunt or a prank. Some internet users even suggested that the argument might be a PR strategy to boost the show's TRP. One user commented, "It's a PR stunt! It's a promotion for something that is coming later". Another user wrote, "Timepass hai nothing else (It's just timepass, nothing else)".

Amidst the speculation surrounding the spat, reports have emerged that Kiku Sharda will be taking a break from "The Great Indian Kapil Show". According to sources, Kiku has signed on to participate in a new reality show called "Rise & Fall," hosted by Ashneer Grover and set to stream on Amazon MX Player. Shooting for "Rise & Fall" reportedly began on Wednesday. A source from the production of "Rise & Fall" told IANS that Kiku Sharda would not be shooting for "The Indian Kapil Show" while he is inside the house of "Rise & Fall".

While Kiku Sharda has not issued an official statement regarding the alleged fight with Krushna Abhishek, he also declined to comment on the viral video when approached by The Indian Express.

Fans have reacted strongly to the news of Kiku's possible departure, with many expressing their disappointment and demanding his return on social media. Some reports claim that Kiku Sharda has decided to quit the show after the fight with Krushna Abhishek. It remains to be seen whether this break is temporary due to his commitments to "Rise & Fall" or a permanent departure from "The Great Indian Kapil Show".
