BTS's Jin has once again captured the hearts of ARMY and the music industry, securing the Choice Individual Award at The Fact Music Awards (TMA) 2025. The win, announced on September 8, 2025, marks another milestone in Jin's flourishing solo career and highlights his enduring popularity.

Jin secured the first position in the FAN N STAR Choice Award Solo category with a remarkable 3,632,290 votes, accounting for 42% of the total votes cast. This isn't the first time Jin has won this award, as he previously received it in 2022.

Following the announcement, "CONGRATULATIONS JIN" trended on social media platforms as fans celebrated his achievement. Jin interacted with fans on Weverse, acknowledging his win with a characteristically witty comment. Expressing his surprise, he wrote "Ooh" and followed it up with "Jin X, Win O". This wordplay is a pun using his name, as "Jin" can mean "losing" in Korean, showcasing his playful personality.

Adding to his list of accomplishments at the Fact Music Awards 2025, Jin also won the 'Best Music: Summer' award for his solo track, "Don't Say You Love Me". The results were announced on July 31, following a two-week voting period. "Don't Say You Love Me" was released on May 16, 2025, as the title track of his second album, Echo, and quickly gained popularity among fans and listeners.

The Fact Music Awards is an annual event that recognizes K-pop artists for their contributions to the music industry. The "Best Music: Summer" award is determined by fan votes, making Jin's win a testament to his strong connection with his fanbase. Notably, the top 20 artists who released music between April and June were eligible for nomination.

Beyond his TMA wins, Jin has also been recognized internationally. He recently won "International Male Artist of the Year" at the 2025 SEC Awards, organized by Brazilian media outlet SEC (Series Em Cena).

Jin's album Echo has also achieved commercial success. It was the best-selling album in pure sales in the U.S. in the first half of 2025 among Korean solo artists, despite being released relatively late on May 16. The title track, "Don't Say You Love Me," topped the Spotify Global Chart on May 25, becoming the first song by an Asian artist in 2025 to reach No. 1 on the platform's global chart.

From June 28 to August 10, Jin embarked on his first solo fan concert and world tour, RUN SEOKJIN TOUR (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR), selling out every venue. The tour included stops in Korea, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with a scheduled performance in Amsterdam. In total, he performed 18 shows across 9 cities, further solidifying his reputation as the “Sold-Out King”.

Jin's recent achievements at The Fact Music Awards 2025, along with his international recognition and successful world tour, underscore his continued growth as a solo artist.
