Nandurbar, Maharashtra: A tragic school bus accident in Maharashtra's Nandurbar district has claimed the lives of two children and left several others injured. The incident occurred on Saturday morning, November 8, 2025, when a bus carrying over 50 students veered off the road and plunged approximately 150 feet into a gorge in the Devgoi Ghat area.
The bus was traveling from Molgi village towards Akkalkuwa when the accident happened near the Amlibari area. According to initial reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to plummet into the deep ravine along the Akkalkuwa-Molgi road. The impact of the fall severely damaged the bus.
Emergency services, including police, local authorities, and fire department teams, rushed to the scene to conduct rescue and relief operations.
