The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has officially declared the results of the written examination for the recruitment of Constables and Lady Constables in the West Bengal Police for the 2024-2025 cycle. The results were published on December 29, 2025, and are accessible on the official websites prb.wb.gov.in and wbpolice.gov.in.
A total of 60,170 candidates have been shortlisted and qualified for the next stage of the selection process: the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). These physical tests are tentatively scheduled to commence from January 8, 2026.
Candidates who appeared for the written exam can now check their results online by visiting the official websites. To view the result, candidates need to enter their Application Serial Number and Date of Birth, and also select their permanent District or State. A direct link to the result is available on the official website for easy access. Candidates can also download the merit list PDF and search for their roll number using Ctrl+F.
Admit cards for the PMT and PET will be available for download from January 2, 2026. The WBPRB has advised candidates to download their admit cards and take them to the test center.
The written examination for the post of constable was conducted in offline mode. Lakhs of candidates appeared for the exam across various centers in West Bengal. The WBPRB has released a merit list PDF containing the roll numbers of the qualified candidates. Candidates whose roll numbers appear on the list are eligible to appear for the physical test.
