Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor's Mumbai Property Sold to Japanese Firm for a Staggering Rs 559 Crore.

Veteran actor Jeetendra and his son, Tusshar Kapoor, have sold their commercial property in Mumbai to a Japanese firm for ₹559.24 crore. The deal, one of the most significant celebrity-linked real estate transactions recently, was officially registered on January 9, 2026.

The property, known as DC-10 building, is located at Balaji IT Park in Chandivali, near Powai, a well-known commercial and business hub. The buyer is NTT Global Data Centers, a subsidiary of Japan's NTT Group. The asset spans approximately 30,195 square meters, which is about 3.25 lakh square feet. The sale includes a ground-plus-ten-storey building housing a data center and an adjacent four-storey diesel generator structure.

Tushar Infra Developers Private Limited, owned by Tusshar Kapoor, and Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited, owned by Jeetendra, were the entities that registered the property. According to a government resolution from 2024, the sale was exempt from stamp duty, but a metro cess of ₹5.59 lakh was paid.

This isn't the first major real estate transaction for Jeetendra and his family. In May 2025, the Kapoor family firms sold another large parcel of land in Balaji IT Park to NTT Global Data Centres for ₹855 crore. This previous deal was considered one of Mumbai's most high-value land deals that year.

The location of the property in Chandivali, near Powai, has significantly increased the value of such office spaces because of Powai's rapid growth as a commercial and residential zone. This sale highlights foreign investment in India's digital infrastructure and real estate sector. The acquisition of space for a data center highlights the increasing demand for these facilities in India's metropolitan areas. Jeetendra is known as one of the most successful stars in Hindi cinema.
