The actress explained that her departure from the show stemmed from creative differences and a desire for a more substantial role. Singh emphasized that she is an actor who seeks roles that justify her talent and provide creative satisfaction. She clarified that appearing on the show for brief segments was not fulfilling for her.

Singh also addressed her initial exit from "Comedy Nights With Kapil," which aired on Colors TV. She revealed that commitment issues, not any conflict with Sharma, prompted her departure. When Sharma moved his show to Sony TV, Singh couldn't join him due to a pre-existing contract with Colors.

When asked about the possibility of returning to Sharma's show, Singh expressed her openness, provided she is offered a significant role that aligns with her acting aspirations. She fondly recalled her time on the show, where she portrayed popular characters like Jag Bua and Pinky Bua, which were well-received by the audience.

In the interview, Singh also touched upon the rumored tensions between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover. While she wasn't directly involved, she acknowledged the strained atmosphere on set during that period. Singh observed that success can sometimes attract insincere individuals who may create discord.

Currently, Upasana Singh is focusing on her film projects and wishes Kapil and his team continued success. She reiterated that her bond with Sharma remains strong, and she would gladly collaborate with him again if the opportunity arises with a creatively fulfilling role.
