Mardaani 3's Explosive Finale: Shivani Roy Dismantles Mallika Prasad's Criminal Network, Justice Prevails.

Rani Mukerji returns as the fierce police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy in Mardaani 3, marking her comeback to the franchise after six years. The third installment sees Shivani confronting a brutal social reality as she races against time to dismantle a ruthless child-trafficking network and rescue abducted girls. Mardaani 3 was released in theaters worldwide on January 30, 2026, and will be available on Netflix on March 27, 2026.

The film begins with the kidnapping of Ambassador Sahu's daughter, Ruhani, along with another underprivileged girl named Jhimli. Because a VIP's daughter is involved, the case is assigned to Shivani Shivaji Roy, now the Senior Superintendent of Police under the NIA. As Shivani investigates, she realizes the case is more than just a missing persons case and uncovers a dark twist. Shivani discovers an organized human trafficking network run by Amma (Mallika Prasad), who targets pre-pubescent girls. Shivani risks everything to save 93 missing girls.

শিবানী আবারও ফাতিমার হাত ধরে একটি ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ পরিকল্পনা করে। Fatima gains Ramanujan's trust and travels with him to Sri Lanka, where he reveals that he experiments with a drug on the girls that causes cancer. Shivani tracks Amma, confronts her, and Amma dies. Shivani rescues all the girls, including Ruhani.

In the film's climax, Shivani confronts Ramanujan, the mastermind behind the drug experiments on the girls. Discovering that Ramanujan has been experimenting with a drug that causes cancer in some of the girls, Shivani is enraged. She injects Ramanujan with the same drug, leaving him alive but incapacitated. The film concludes with Shivani's suspension being revoked and her name being considered for the President's Medal. Additionally, she gets her own special force, untouched by the system's corrupted ways, to take up challenging cases to save many more lives.

Mardaani 3 highlights the plight of underprivileged girls and questions society's indifference towards them. The film underscores that crimes against women are not limited by gender or class. Mukerji stated that Mardaani 3 is an important film that raises awareness and promotes women's empowerment.
