Laughter Chefs Season 3 Script Controversy: Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain Reveal the Truth Behind the Jokes.

The reality cooking comedy show "Laughter Chefs" has often faced the question of whether its content is scripted. With the return of original cast members Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain in Season 3, the debate has reignited. The couple, however, has addressed these speculations directly.

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, who made a comeback to "Laughter Chefs" Season 3, recently engaged in an exclusive chat with Times of India TV, where they discussed their experiences on the show and responded to the claims of scripting.

Addressing the rumors, Ankita and Vicky firmly stated that the show is not scripted. Ankita and Vicky estimate that not even one percent of the show is scripted. They dismissed the trolling as simply part of the job and emphasized that such claims are common for every reality show, recalling similar accusations during their time on "Bigg Boss".

Vicky explained that the hard work they put into cooking is evident. He argued that if the show were scripted, the food would always be perfect, which isn't the case. According to Vicky, dishes get burnt and spoiled, proving the authenticity of the cooking process. They emphasized that unlike shows like "MasterChef," where contestants receive training, "Laughter Chefs" involves no prior training.

Adding to the atmosphere, Sudesh Lehri, another returning cast member, shared his excitement about being back on the show. He emphasized the freedom "Laughter Chefs" provides to express humor and comic timing naturally.

The return of the "OG" cast members, including Sudesh Lehri, Arjun Bijlani, and Nia Sharma, is intended to inject a dose of nostalgia and entertaining banter into the show. Ankita and Vicky made a dramatic entry, literally locking the set with keys in hand to declare their intention to reclaim control of the kitchen. Nia Sharma and Arjun Bijlani made their entrance on bikes, while Sudesh Lehri surprised everyone by emerging from a coffin.

Ankita shared her sentiments about returning to "Laughter Chefs," describing it as a "homecoming to chaos". She emphasized the familial atmosphere of the team and expressed how special it felt to be back in the kitchen.

"Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment" premiered on Colors TV on June 1, 2024. Hosted by Bharti Singh and judged by Harpal Singh Sokhi, the show is a competitive cooking comedy reality series produced by Optimystix Entertainment. The show is also available for streaming on JioHotstar. The winner of Laughter Chefs Season 3 was Team Kaanta, who won the grand finale which aired on January 25, 2026.
