Rani Mukerji's Mardaani 3 Earns Over Rs 30 Crore at Box Office After Nine Days.

Rani Mukerji's latest action drama, Mardaani 3, has achieved a significant milestone at the box office, crossing the ₹30 crore mark in India net collections within nine days of its release. According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹2.75 crore India net on its ninth day, bringing the total collection to ₹30.90 crore.

The film has shown a steady performance, maintaining a consistent audience despite competition from other releases, including the war drama Border 2. Mardaani 3 concluded its first week with a net collection of ₹26.3 crore. The second week started with ₹1.85 crore on Friday and experienced a jump to ₹2.75 crore on Saturday, demonstrating continued audience interest.

With its current performance, Mardaani 3 is nearing the lifetime box office earnings of the original Mardaani from 2014, which had a net collection of ₹35.65 crore in India. However, the highest-grossing film in the Mardaani franchise remains Mardaani 2, which earned ₹47.35 crore. Mardaani 3 is now Rani Mukerji's second-highest-earning solo film at the box office, only behind Talaash, which grossed ₹93.61 crore.

The Mardaani series is recognized as one of Hindi cinema's most successful female-led franchises. In this third installment, Rani Mukerji reprises her role as Shivani Shivaji Roy, a fearless police officer, in what has been described as a "dark, deadly and brutal chapter".

Mardaani 3 has been performing "decently well" in today's market, and a growth over the second weekend is expected. The film has the advantage of fewer releases, allowing for a longer run in theaters. Made on a controlled budget, Mardaani 3's target is to reach around the final business of Mardaani 2 to be considered a success.

The day-wise box office collection for Mardaani 3 in India (net collection) is as follows:

  • Day 1: ₹4 crore
  • Day 2: ₹6.25 crore
  • Day 3: ₹7.25 crore
  • Day 4: ₹2.25 crore
  • Day 5: ₹2.6 crore
  • Day 6: ₹2.1 crore
  • Day 7: ₹1.85 crore
  • Day 8: ₹1.85 crore
  • Day 9: ₹2.75 crore

As of February 7, 2026, the film's India net collection is estimated at ₹30.9 Cr.
