The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the Team of the Tournament for the 2026 Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup, with three Indian players making the cut. The selection was made by a panel comprising Ian Bishop, Lydia Greenway, Andy Flower, and Telford Vice. India won the tournament, defeating England in the final by 100 runs to secure their record-extending sixth U-19 World Cup title.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, the 14-year-old batting sensation, was named in the Team of the Tournament and was also crowned Player of the Tournament. His majestic 175 off 80 balls in the final against England was a significant factor in India's victory. Sooryavanshi's impressive performance included 15 fours and 15 sixes, setting a new record for the highest score in an ICC World Cup final. Throughout the tournament, he amassed 439 runs with a striking strike rate of 169.49 and hit a U19 World Cup-record 30 sixes.

Kanishk Chouhan, an all-rounder, also secured a spot in the coveted lineup. Chouhan's consistent contributions with both bat and ball proved invaluable for the Indian squad throughout the tournament.

Henil Patel is the third Indian player to be named in the Team of the Tournament. Patel's contribution with the ball was notable, as he picked up 11 wickets, including a remarkable spell of 5/16 against the USA. He was selected as the 12th man for the team.

England, the runner-up of the tournament, also has three players in the Team of the Tournament. Thomas Rew, the England skipper and wicketkeeper, has been named the captain of the squad. Rew scored 330 runs at an average of 66, including a century in the semi-final against Australia. Manny Lumsden, who was the leading wicket-taker with 16 wickets, and Ben Mayes, the leading run-scorer with 444 runs, also made the cut. Mayes' score included 191 against Scotland and he was just one run short of equalling the all-time record for the highest individual score at the U19 World Cup.

The team also includes Viran Chamuditha (Sri Lanka), who hit 192 against Japan. Afghanistan's Faisal Khan Shinozada and Nooristani Omarzai were also selected after their team's semi-final run. Shinozada scored centuries against Ireland and India, while Omarzai took 14 wickets. Oliver Peake, the captain of Australia, is also included after scoring two centuries in the tournament. Vitel Lawes from West Indies and Ali Raza from Pakistan complete the lineup.

While Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was named Player of the Tournament, India's U19 World Cup-winning captain, Ayush Mhatre, did not make the cut for the Team of the Tournament. The 2026 ICC Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup was held in Zimbabwe and Namibia and featured 16 teams competing in 41 matches.
