The purchase also includes the rights to four parking spaces.
Lodha World Towers, developed by Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group), is renowned as one of India's tallest residential complexes. The complex includes World One and World View towers, which stand at over 73 floors with heights of 277.6 meters (911 feet) and 280.2 meters (919 feet) respectively. However, Palais Royale is considered the tallest building in Mumbai, standing at 320 meters (1,050 feet) with 88 floors. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
