Harshvardhan Rane is offering fans a sneak peek behind the scenes of his upcoming film, "Silaa". The romantic-action drama, directed by Omung Kumar of "Mary Kom" and "Sarbjit" fame, promises a thrilling ride through an intense love story set against a backdrop of gripping action.

Rane stars alongside Sadia Khateeb, known for her role in "The Diplomat," marking their first collaboration. The film's production has commenced, with a portion of the filming taking place in Vietnam's Son Doong Cave, the world's largest cave. This unique location, with its massive chambers, underground rivers, and rainforest-like interiors, is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the mood and intensity of the movie. Shooting in such a challenging environment will undoubtedly add a layer of complexity to the production.

"Silaa" is presented by Zee Studios and is produced by Blue Lotus Pictures, Stark Entertainment, and Innovations India. The film also features Karan Veer Mehra and Ipsitaa in significant roles. Mehra will be portraying the role of a menacing villain named Zehraak.

The motion poster of "Silaa" was released in June, offering a glimpse into the film's high-octane and emotional world. It features Rane and Khateeb in intense, bruised avatars, hinting at a passionate and turbulent love saga filled with conflict. Rane himself teased the film on Instagram, inviting viewers to "dive into the hauntingly beautiful world of #SILAA where love meets redemption".

Omung Kumar initially teased the project via his Instagram, sparking curiosity. The music for "Silaa" will be presented by Saregama, and the musical score is expected to complement the narrative’s romantic and emotional arcs.

In addition to "Silaa," Harshvardhan Rane is also set to star in "Ek Deewane ki Deewaniyat" alongside Sonam Bajwa, as well as "Sanam Teri Kasam 2," a sequel to his 2016 film. Meanwhile, Sadia Khateeb was recently seen in "The Diplomat" and has another project in the pipeline with Neetu Kapoor and Kapil Sharma, tentatively titled "Dadi Ki Shaadi".
