The highly anticipated teaser for Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 4 has received an 'A' (Adults Only) rating from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and is set to release tomorrow, August 11. This marks a significant departure for the Baaghi franchise, as it's the first time a film in the series has received this rating, hinting at a darker and more brutal chapter.
Directed by A. Harsha, Baaghi 4 is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner. The teaser has an approved runtime of 1 minute and 53 seconds. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the teaser launch, especially after Tiger Shroff posted a cryptic message on social media: "Get Ready to 11th". This created a frenzy online, with fans speculating about the first look of the film. The teaser is scheduled to drop on August 11 at 1:11 PM.
Baaghi 4 is slated for a theatrical release on September 5, 2025. Alongside Tiger Shroff, the film stars Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist, with Sonam Bajwa and Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu in female lead roles. This installment is said to be a "bolder and more thrilling" experience for the audience.
According to reports, Baaghi 4 will see Tiger Shroff reprising his role as Ranveer "Ronny" Pratap Singh. However, the film will not follow the storylines of the previous Baaghi films. A first-look poster released in November 2024 showed Ronnie bloodied and battle-worn, signaling the franchise's darkest chapter yet. The film blends large-scale action with emotional depth, exploring Ronnie's inner turmoil as he fights for justice. This time, the character of Ronnie is not the same, and violence takes over stylized action. Ronnie is recruited by a covert international agency to stop a global terror network threatening world peace.
The Baaghi franchise began in 2016 with Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. The film was a box office success, leading to a sequel in 2018, where Disha Patani replaced Shraddha Kapoor. Baaghi 3 (2020) brought back Shraddha Kapoor, with Disha Patani making a special appearance in a song. Baaghi 2 is the most successful film in the series to date, grossing over ₹258 crores worldwide.
Tiger Shroff completed filming for Baaghi 4 in July 2025 and shared his gratitude on Instagram, "And finally it comes to an end … thank you for all your love and allowing this franchise to reach so far. Don't think I've ever bled as much for any film. This one's for you coming soon”. Sonam Bajwa also shared her experience after wrapping up the shoot, “And just like that… it's a wrap. #Baaghi4 — my second Hindi film, a journey stitched together with fire and faith. Endless gratitude to my brilliant director @nimmaaharsha our visionary producer Sajid Sir @nadiadwalagrandson, my amazing co actors @tigerjackieshroff @duttsanjay @harnaazsandhu_03 and every single soul who gave their all to this story".
With the teaser release imminent, fans are eagerly waiting to see what Baaghi 4 has in store.
