Yogita Bihani, born on August 7, 1995, is an Indian actress who has been steadily making her mark in the Hindi film and television industry. Recently, she has garnered significant attention due to her engagement to Aaryamann Sethi, the son of actors Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi.
Born in Bikaner, Rajasthan, Yogita was raised in New Delhi. She completed her schooling at Sumermal Jain Public School in 2012 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Delhi University in 2015. Before entering the entertainment industry, Yogita worked at a startup called Redfoodie and also as a Sales and Operation Manager at Trilyo.
Yogita's career in the glamour world began in 2018 when she participated in Femina Miss India Rajasthan, securing a spot among the Top 3 finalists. Her big break came when she was selected to shoot a promo with Salman Khan for his game show Dus Ka Dum on Sony TV. This appearance caught the eye of Ekta Kapoor, who offered Yogita the lead role in the television drama Dil Hi Toh Hai, opposite Karan Kundrra. She debuted as Palak Sharma in Dil Hi Toh Hai. She also starred in Kavach... Maha Shivratri in 2019.
Transitioning to films, Yogita appeared in AK vs AK (2020), starring Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap. She also worked alongside Hrithik Roshan in Vikram Vedha. However, her most commercially successful film to date is The Kerala Story (2023), where she played the role of Nimah Mathews. The Kerala Story generated significant controversy upon its release. The film revolves around a group of women from Kerala who are coerced into converting to Islam and joining the Islamic State. Despite the controversies, the film was a box office success, grossing over ₹300 crore worldwide. Yogita has also appeared in music videos, including Alone by Kapil Sharma and Guru Randhawa, Ishq Ka Asar by Stebin Ben, and her fiancé Aaryamann's music videos Chhoti Baatein and Madhubala.
In November 2020, Yogita delivered a TEDx talk titled The Crossroad of Choices, reflecting on her life choices and personal growth.
In July 2025, Aaryamann Sethi publicly announced his relationship with Yogita. He surprised her on the set of a shoot in Hyderabad, a moment he captured in a vlog. The couple had previously sparked dating rumors after Yogita featured in Aaryamann's music video, Chhoti Baatein.
Recently, on August 14, 2025, Aaryamann proposed to Yogita. Instead of a traditional engagement ring, Aaryamann presented her with a key ring, symbolizing the new home they will share together. The proposal took place in their new home in Madh Island, which is connected to Aaryamann's parents' house by a garden. The moment was captured in Aaryamann's vlog, leaving Archana Puran Singh visibly emotional. The couple celebrated with a small, intimate gathering of family and friends. Aaryamann's younger brother, Ayushmaan Sethi, shared the news on Instagram, welcoming Yogita to the family.
