A surprising cameo by Ginni Chatrath, wife of comedian Kapil Sharma, has been leaked from the recently released film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. The film, which hit theaters on December 12, 2025, features Sharma as Mohan, a man comically juggling relationships with multiple wives.
The leaked scene reveals a surprising twist in the movie's climax. After navigating the complexities of managing his four wives, Mohan ends up in the hospital. It is here that his mother reveals he was married as a child to fulfill a priest's prediction that he might never marry otherwise. The fifth wife is none other than Ginni Chatrath. This cameo marks Chatrath's big screen debut.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 follows Mohan's chaotic life, comically hiding his identity from his wives. He is initially in love with Saniya (Hira Warina), but their interfaith relationship faces opposition from their families. To marry Saniya, Mohan converts to Islam and becomes Mehmood. The film stars Kapil Sharma alongside Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhury, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan, as well as Manjot Singh and the late veteran actor Asrani. Anukalp Goswami directs the sequel, which Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan produced.
Sharma has spoken about feeling nervous while filming romantic scenes for the movie, especially with his wife, Ginni Chatrath, on set. He recounted an experience during the filming of a romantic song with his co-star Warina in Bhopal when Chatrath visited the set. Sharma admitted that his "hands were literally shaking" while trying to maintain eye contact and act romantically with Warina, knowing his wife was watching.
The first film, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, revolved around Kumar Shiv Ram Kishan (Kapil Sharma) who is married to four women.
The film has received mixed reviews from critics and has struggled at the box office, earning Rs. 8.15 crore in its first four days.
