Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, daughter of Neetu Kapoor and the late Rishi Kapoor, is celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary with Bharat Sahni on January 25, 2026. To commemorate the milestone, Riddhima shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, offering a rare glimpse into her wedding ceremony held back in 2006.
The Instagram post featured a nostalgic wedding video capturing precious moments from the special day. The video includes Rishi Kapoor guiding Bharat during the varmala ceremony and a young Ranbir Kapoor escorting Riddhima to the mandap. The video also showcased other family members, including Shweta Bachchan.
In her post, Riddhima expressed her gratitude to her parents for their love, blessings, and prayers as they sent her "into a new life" two decades ago. She also thanked Bharat for being a supportive partner throughout their journey together. "In you, Bharat, I found a partner who has stood beside me through every season-holding my hand, my heart, and our life together," she wrote. "Thank you for making our journey so meaningful and our home so full of love. Even now after all these years, the life we've built together still brings that same smile to my face. 20 years of love, growth and togetherness. Still choosing you every single day".
For her wedding, Riddhima wore a traditional bright red lehenga designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, adorned with gold pitta embroidery, gota patti work, brocade designs, and delicate thread work. She accessorized her bridal attire with gold kaleeras, red bangles, gold kadhas, haath phool, rings, and a gold and ruby-adorned necklace with matching earrings, and a ruby-decked gold maang tika. Ranbir Kapoor sported a sharp look in an ivory and black sherwani featuring a black bandhgala jacket embroidered with ivory embroidery, sequin work and beaded detailing, paired with a grey silk kurta and pants set.
Neetu Kapoor also shared Riddhima's post on her Instagram story, expressing her love and blessings for the couple. She wrote, "Happy 20th my loves. Wishing you both love happiness togetherness forever god bless".
Riddhima and Bharat are parents to a daughter named Samara, born in 2011. Riddhima is set to make her Bollywood debut alongside her mother, Neetu Kapoor, in Ashish R. Mohan's "Dadi Ki Shaadi," which will also feature Kapil Sharma.
