In his Instagram post, Shehbaz wrote, "Happy birthday my sister. Without you, I can proudly say that I am nothing". He further added, "Love you. Bless you always". Shehbaz also shared several pictures with Shehnaaz on his Instagram Story. Additionally, he wished his sister "puttu" on Twitter, captioning it with "We are one. Love u".

In the past, Shehbaz has shown his affection for his sister through music. For Shehnaaz's birthday in 2022, he composed a special song accompanied by a video montage of their time together in the Bigg Boss 13 house. The lyrics of the song, as reported by Hindustan Times, included the lines, “Mujhe kehte hain yeh khata hai apni behen ki kamai. Tu chali sath mere chahe jaise ghadi aayi (Everyone tells me that I spend your money but you kept walking with me no matter what)".

Shehnaaz and Shehbaz have always displayed a strong and supportive relationship. Shehnaaz has also publicly acknowledged Shehbaz's importance in her life. In 2020, she referred to him as "three in one – A brother, a bodyguard and also a best friend" while wishing him a happy birthday.
