Nestle India Q3: Financial Performance Exceeds Expectations; Dividend Declared, Record Date Announced by the Board.

Nestle India has announced a robust set of financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, exceeding market expectations for both revenue and net profit. The company's strong performance was bolstered by volume growth, better operating leverage, and steady consumer demand.

Nestle India achieved its highest-ever quarterly turnover with sales growth of 18.5%. Domestic sales grew by 18.3% and Export sales increased by 22.9%.

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend will be paid on and from February 26, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear on the company's register as of the record date, which is set for February 6, 2026.

Growth Drivers

Manish Tiwary, Chairman and Managing Director of Nestle India, attributed the strong performance to broad-based volume-led sales growth. The company witnessed robust growth across various categories, supported by capacity investments, advertising initiatives, and a GST-led market recovery. Nestle India's volume-led sales growth of 18.5% marks the strongest volume growth in nearly five years. The company's EBITDA margin stood at 21.3% of sales, demonstrating strong operational efficiency.
