RCB completed a record-breaking chase of 204 runs, winning by six wickets with just two balls to spare. This victory puts RCB on par with Mumbai Indians as the joint-most successful team in WPL history. For Delhi Capitals, it was another heartbreaking end, marking their fourth consecutive defeat in a WPL final.

After winning the toss, RCB elected to field first. Delhi Capitals' innings was anchored by Jemimah Rodrigues, who scored a fluent 57 off 37 balls. Laura Wolvaardt contributed a solid 44 off 25 balls. A late surge by Chinelle Henry, who smashed 35 off just 15 deliveries, propelled DC to a formidable total of 203/4. This was the highest first-innings total in any WPL final.

RCB's response was characterized by aggressive intent and a brilliant partnership. Captain Smriti Mandhana led from the front, scoring a blistering 87 off just 41 balls. Mandhana's innings included the fastest half-century in a WPL final, reached in just 23 balls. Georgia Voll played a composed yet powerful innings, scoring 79 off 54 balls. Together, Mandhana and Voll forged a remarkable 165-run partnership for the second wicket, shifting the momentum decisively in RCB's favor. This is the highest partnership for any wicket in WPL history.

Despite Mandhana's dismissal late in the innings, RCB maintained their composure. Radha Yadav provided the finishing touches, sealing the victory with back-to-back boundaries. RCB reached 204/4 in 19.4 overs, completing the highest successful chase in WPL history.
