Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) secured their second Women's Premier League (WPL) title in a thrilling final against Delhi Capitals (DC) at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara on Thursday. RCB completed a record-breaking chase of 204 runs, winning by six wickets with just two balls to spare. This victory puts RCB on par with Mumbai Indians as the joint-most successful team in WPL history. For Delhi Capitals, it was another heartbreaking end, marking their fourth consecutive defeat in a WPL final.

After winning the toss, RCB elected to field first. Delhi Capitals' innings was anchored by Jemimah Rodrigues, who scored a fluent 57 off 37 balls. Mandhana's innings included the fastest half-century in a WPL final, reached in just 23 balls. Georgia Voll played a composed yet powerful innings, scoring 79 off 54 balls. Together, Mandhana and Voll forged a remarkable 165-run partnership for the second wicket, shifting the momentum decisively in RCB's favor.
