The couple made the official announcement on Wednesday via a joint note on Instagram, expressing their joy and stating that their "hearts are full and our world forever changed". They shared the note with pink hues, hearts, and stars, along with folded hand, heart, and evil eye emojis.

News of the baby's arrival broke on Tuesday, with reports indicating that both the mother and child are healthy. Kiara delivered the baby at HN Reliance Hospital in Girgaon, Mumbai. Following the birth, Sidharth's parents were seen arriving at the hospital to meet their newborn granddaughter.

The arrival of their daughter fulfills a long-held wish of Sidharth's mother for a daughter in the family. Fans have celebrated the news, with many recalling Sidharth's past expressions of wanting to be a "girl-dad". Kiara Advani, born Alia Advani in Mumbai in 1991, started her Bollywood career in 2014 with the film "Fugly". Sidharth Malhotra, born in Delhi in 1985, began his career as a model and worked as an assistant director before his acting debut.
