Bollywood actress and Member of Parliament Kangana Ranaut recently visited the Dwarkadhish Temple in Dwarka, Gujarat, seeking spiritual solace and offering prayers. This visit followed her exploration of the Gir National Park, where she enjoyed a lion safari with her nephew.
Ranaut shared photos and videos of her temple visit on Instagram, expressing her heartfelt emotions in a caption written in Hindi. She described feeling peaceful, composed, and immersed in the love of Dwarkadhish, the Lord of the world, upon seeing him. She also expressed gratitude for his grace, love, and devotion.

For her visit to the Dwarkadhish Temple, Ranaut chose a light pink saree embroidered in white, paired with simple stud earrings and a ring. She kept her hair in a simple bun and opted for minimal makeup.
Prior to her temple visit, Ranaut spent time at Gir National Park with her nephew, Prithvi Raj Chandel. She shared glimpses of their jungle adventure on Instagram, capturing the beauty of the landscape and the wildlife. Ranaut expressed her amazement at Gujarat's beauty, culture, and authenticity. She noted her excitement at spotting various species and highlighted the world-famous Asiatic lions of Gujarat. Her nephew also enjoyed the trip, engaging in activities such as pottery and tasting local cuisine.
The Dwarkadhish Temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna, who is worshiped there as Dwarkadhish, meaning 'King of Dwarka'. The temple is a significant pilgrimage site and is part of the Char Dham circuit.
Ranaut's visit to Dwarkadhish Temple in 2023 also came after the release of her film "Tejas". She mentioned that she had been feeling troubled and sought solace in visiting the temple. She expressed that upon arriving in Dwarka, her worries seemed to dissipate, bringing her stability and joy.
In addition to her acting career, Kangana Ranaut is also a Member of Parliament for Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, since entering politics in 2024. She has several upcoming projects, including a psychological thriller with R. Madhavan and a film titled "Bharat Bhagya Vidhata".
