The video, which circulated widely on social media, shows the couple enjoying the celebrations with friends and industry colleagues. However, when the photographers and others began chanting "Ganpati Bappa Morya," Aly remained silent, even as Jasmine appeared to encourage him to participate.

This moment triggered a range of reactions online. Some social media users criticized Aly, suggesting that he should not have attended the celebration if he was unwilling to chant.
