Kiara Advani has shared details about filming while pregnant with her first child, Saraayah Malhotra, who was born on July 15, 2025. Advani and her husband, Sidharth Malhotra, announced their pregnancy on February 28, 2025, with an adorable post featuring baby socks.

In a recent interview, the new mother revealed that she worked until she was seven months pregnant. She described a ritual she developed to manage the emotional intensity of certain scenes while ensuring her baby's well-being. "Mama is only acting, okay? This isn't real," Advani would whisper to her baby while placing her hand on her stomach.

Advani has also spoken about how motherhood has shifted her perspective and amplified her ambition. In an interview with Vogue India, she stated that she always wanted to be a working mother and that motherhood has made her more focused. She revealed that she took calls while feeding her daughter and listened to narrations when her baby was sleeping. "I've never been more ambitious," Advani said. "Motherhood expands you. The fire within you becomes more focused".
