Sunny Deol's Border 2 Marches Towards ₹300 Crore, Overcoming Friday Dip on Day 15.

As Sunny Deol's war epic Border 2 approaches the ₹300 crore mark in India, the film experienced a dip on its third Friday, February 6, 2026. Despite this slowdown, the movie has performed well, earning an estimated ₹297.25 crore in India.

On its fifteenth day in theaters, Border 2 earned approximately ₹2.85 crore in India. This is a drop compared to the ₹3.5 crore the film earned on its fourteenth day. The movie's Hindi occupancy on Friday, February 6, 2026, was 8.60%.

Border 2 had a strong opening, collecting ₹30 crore on its first day and ₹224.25 crore in its first week. Strong word of mouth and nostalgic appeal drove initial success. The film maintained momentum for the first ten days before experiencing a drop in collections. In its second week, Border 2 earned ₹70.15 crore, a 68.72% decrease from its first week.

Directed by Anurag Singh and produced by T-Series Films and JP Films, Border 2 features Ahan Shetty, Diljit Dosanjh, and Varun Dhawan alongside Sunny Deol. The film portrays the 1971 India-Pakistan war.

While Border 2 has not yet crossed the ₹300 crore mark in India, it has grossed nearly ₹400 crore worldwide. Despite the recent slowdown, Border 2 is still performing well at the box office.
